About
Location
All personal training sessions take place at the gym in St Helens Sports Centre (Northwood).
Female-Only Personal Training
All 1–1 and 2–1 personal training sessions are exclusively for female clients.
Group classes (circuits & bootcamp) are open to both males and females. Contact for more details on how to book these.
Payment
All sessions must be paid for in advance to secure your booking. Block bookings must be paid in full prior to the first session.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange a session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and the session will be lost.
Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice can be rearranged.
Lateness
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid disruption to other clients.
Health & Responsibility
By booking a session, you confirm that you are fit and able to exercise. It is your responsibility to inform me of any injuries, medical conditions, or changes to your health. PAR-Q form should be filled out before starting sessions and should be filled out to the best of your knowledge.
