About Me
Welcome to Stronger Every Session
Hi, I'm Niamh, a qualified Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor with a passion for helping women become stronger, healthier and more confident.
Fitness has been a huge part of my life for many years and has completely transformed both my physical and mental wellbeing. For me, exercise is about so much more than appearance, it's about building confidence, resilience and strength that carries over into every aspect of life. Stronger really is better. A stronger body helps create a stronger mind, and the positive impact extends far beyond the gym.
Over the years, I've challenged myself through events such as HYROX competitions, half marathons, swimming and running, continually pushing my own limits and discovering what I'm capable of. Those experiences have fuelled my passion for helping others do the same.
My goal is to create a supportive, welcoming environment where women feel comfortable, encouraged and empowered to achieve their goals. Whether you're completely new to exercise, returning after a break, looking to build strength, improve your fitness or simply feel more confident in yourself, I'm here to provide the guidance, support and accountability you need to succeed.
